After a friend taught me the very basics of web design many moons ago, it was clear that I had an affinity for design. That same night I never made it to bed. Instead, I sat up and eagerly created my first website. A necessary disclaimer: I believe I remember a revolving skull animation somewhere in there... and flames, definitely some flames.

Eventually that same friend and I relocated to Portland, Oregon for its culture, climate and coffee. I decided to jump off the deep end and persue a life of design. Fast forward a bit and tack on a degree from The Art Institute of Portland, and I haven't looked back.

Today I work at an advertising agency as a graphic/web designer and unofficial Mac geek (iPhone... coolest product ever). By night, I play classical guitar and hope to be back on the circuit playing gigs in local Portland clubs shortly.

And I live happily ever after.
